Recently our good friend and Daily News reporter, Rich Schapiro learned what it’s like first-hand to work at one of New York City’s most iconic eateries, Carnegie Deli.
Carnegie Deli has been around for over 70 years and is known not only for their extravagant pastrami sandwiches but also for all the famous celebrities who have eaten there.

Restaurants are a dime a dozen in NYC but few meet our expectations. When they do come along we like to give them a shout out. One of these gems is DBGB Kitchen & Bar. We’re not a food blog so we will let you go elsewhere for a more in-depth read on the restuarant. But, we will pass along this challenge. If you go there and do not enjoy the fried egg “bourguignon” you can drop by the Squeaky loft and we will provide you with enough wine to make all your troubles disappear.
