What are you doing this weekend? It’s the last week of the IFC Center’s Studio Ghibli series. If you’re not familiar with the Japanese animation powerhouse, it is famous for its whimsical and magical films such as Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle and My Neighbor Totoro, which won heaps of praise from Roger Ebert. We at Squeaky love to celebrate the diversity of our team, and jump on cultural opportunities like this when they pop up in New York City. So go, buy your tickets, and make sure to get there early (the theaters fill up very quickly).
